On Night Patrol with Johnstown Police

As of February 2017, each city patrolman is issued two doses of Narcan during roll call at the beginning of their shift. Narcan is a prescription nasal spray that blocks the effects of opioids and reverses the symptoms of an overdose. Photo taken on Friday, March 10, 2017.
